Check that the Files of Type box is displaying *.akb (for Assistum Knowledge Base) or *.xml (for XML knowledge bases). If you are a Windows 2000 user, check with your Administrator what folder your example knowledge bases are stored in. The default is c:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\My Documents |
