Why can't I save my answers after using a knowledge base?  

Make sure you are using the standalone Assistum Knowledge Viewer (Assistum.exe) and not the viewer mode within the Assistum Knowledge Editor (AVE.exe) when consulting knowledge bases. If this is the case, to avoid losing your work, exit the viewer mode and save your knowledge base under a new name to avoid overwriting your original.
