| I get an 'Unexpected error; quitting' message when running the Assistum version 4 Editor in Windows 2000/Windows XP. The standalone viewer is running perfectly. Please suggest what the problem might be? Note: You can experience the reverse of this problem, i.e. able to run the editor but not the viewer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The
problem is to do with User privileges under Windows 2000 and XP. Assistum
versions older then version 5.0 require you to have an administrator-type
account to run the application. All versions of Assistum need to be installed with an account with administrator privileges on Windows 2000 and windows XP. |
