Support Questions			Search Search the website using the Google search engine Contact Details Addresses, telephone numbers and email contacts.
	1	Why do I get "Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\Program Files\Assistum..." when installing any of the Assistum tools on Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
	2	I get an 'Unexpected error; quitting' message when running the Assistum version 4 Editor in Windows 2000/Windows XP. The standalone viewer is running perfectly. Please suggest what the problem might be? Note: You can experience the reverse of this problem, i.e. able to run the editor but not the viewer.
	3	I can't see my custom templates when selecting File:New.
	4	Why can't I save my answers after using a knowledge base?
	5	I cannot find my scenarios.
	6	I cannot find the Transport\Innovation\Project Selector example knowledge base. I just get an empty folder when I select File:Open
	7	I can't link my nodes to Excel. I am using the Professional editor version 4 and MS Office 2000 under Windows 2000.
	8	Will my pre-version 5 knowledge bases and scenarios work with The version 5 viewer and editor?
	9	Will version 5 knowledge bases work with my version 4 software?
